Jessica Tomelden brings a distinctive and versatile skill set to the world of investment strategy, embodying the essence of a cross-functional leader. With a diverse background spanning fashion, finance, and real estate, she offers strategic insight and customized capital solutions to both private enterprises and publicly traded companies.
Jessica launched her career as a merchandiser for Polo Ralph Lauren after earning her bachelor’s degree in marketing and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Her early experience in fashion refined her eye for design, creativity, and detail—traits that continue to inform her approach to development and investment.
Transitioning into finance, Jessica gained extensive experience at firms including Josephthal & Co., Fleet Trading, and Wilmington Finance (a subsidiary of AIG), where she developed a strong foundation in capital markets and financial structuring.
Inspired by her father, a successful architect, and driven by a growing passion for development, Jessica moved into real estate. Today, she specializes in real estate development and acquisitions, with a focus on ground-up construction of multi-unit buildings and hotels, as well as large-scale investments in self-storage, industrial, multifamily, and data center assets.
Her investment footprint is concentrated in high-growth markets with strong yield potential, including New York, Florida, the Southern U.S. Belt, and the Southwest.
Jessica’s work is focused on high-growth markets including New York, Florida, the southern U.S. belt, and
the Southwest. She excels in structuring complex transactions and presenting them to commercial lenders,
venture capital firms, private equity groups, and high-net-worth investors—ensuring optimal financial
outcomes and long-term value creation.
Beyond real estate Jessica has active partnerships with family offices, investment groups, and alternative
funds targeting high-potential sectors such as artificial intelligence (AI), professional sports franchises,
entertainment, energy (oil & gas), and biotechnology.
